Corporate group training

With our online and offline group training courses, we improve your team's performance in Europe and India. Your Indian and Western employees form this training together. Our training courses cover topics such as self-management, constructive feedback, team building, effective communication, dealing with mistakes and setbacks, strategy, planning and, of course, decision-making. In this way, we help to realise effective cooperation and higher efficiency.

The workshops follow a fixed pattern:

#1 Setting goals

We start each training programme by defining the goals we want to achieve as a team. This ensures that the training helps solve workplace challenges, contributes to the achievement of business goals (KPIs) and is educational for the individual participants.

#2 Creating awareness

We strengthen the global mindset of participants. We help them to recognise, understand and prepare for the specific challenges of working with foreign colleagues.

#3 Self-reflection

Participants get to work to discover their own work style. This way, they gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of their working style in an international context. After all, the cultural difference is not only in India: half of it is in ourselves.

#4 Skills training

Our seasoned trainers teach your team a wide range of practical skills to work effectively in an international organisation in general and specifically with multicultural teams in India. These skills help participants work better together, increase productivity, take responsibility, and create openness and transparency.

#5 Defining strategy

We then work with the participants to develop their individual strategies for solving the challenges they experience in their work, preventing future problems and truly developing the global mindset required for working with international teams.

#6 Kaizen

After the team has gone through the above, we bring them together to explore how they can work together more effectively. We create a safe environment and facilitate a constructive dialogue on what works in the cooperation and what doesn't. Our trainers have years of experience with India and are the bridge between both teams.

#7 Aligning

Once the points for improvement have been identified, we facilitate mutual coordination between the teams. We help to make concrete agreements to prevent problems, discuss challenges and clarify expectations.
